What You Need to Know

At CherryDollsBoutique, we put our customers first. We want to make sure you have the most enjoyable shopping experience possible. That’s why we believe we should operate in a fair, clear and transparent manner. You will find a list of all CherryDollsBoutique’s policies below. ~ Our Items ~

Each CherryDollsBoutique item is handmade with care. Though I strive for quality, there is a possibility of imperfection. Please understand this before purchasing any of my items.

 

-Some fabric placement might differ on some items.

 

-Dark fabrics are known to stain dolls, especially Vinyl dolls. Limit the use of dark fabrics to a short time and follow with a proper after-wear cleaning process. If you’d like your doll to wear dark clothes for a long time, it is best to get a skin suit for them. We might have skin suits in store but if not, you can find them at other stores.

-The item colours may differ slightly from in photos depending on the brightness, contrast, and other settings of individual screens

If you have cat allergies, it’s important to know that Snowie the cat works at the store. Though we do our best to achieve 100% cleanliness there will always be a slight chance that Mr. Fluffle's fur might land on our items in the process.

~ Shipping ~

 

Under normal circumstances, all items ship within 7 to 14 business days. This includes time spent to complete, pack and ship, all costumers’ orders and ship them all together. Shipping all orders out at once reduces our carbon footprint and is better for our planet.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND:

Shipping within New Zealand will have normal tracking via Parcel, unless a courier has been requested.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Standard shipping is not tracked, but CherryDollsBoutique guarantees a partial refund if the item does not arrive or was lost. If your item doesn’t arrive, our post shop will start an investigation. Unfortunately, the refund process takes time with standard shipping. We will need your patience and cooperation while this process is carried out. Out Parcel Deliver target is 3 to 10 working days, though this depends on the country being shipped to. There is a small possibility that your item may take more than 30 working days to arrive.

 

Standard Shipping can only be used if your purchase cost is below $250 NZD. If your purchase is above $250 NZD, you will need to use the UPGRADE Tracked & Signature shipping. If the shipping amount paid isn’t enough to ship your item, we will message you and make arrangements for you to pay the extra fee. If you fail to pay the extra fee; your order will be cancelled and your purchase refunded.

 

UPGRADE 

Tracking with Signature required is highly recommended for your items’ safe arrival, but is expensive. Delivery Target: 2 to 10 working days.

What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?

If your parcel fails to arrive within 20 working days, contact us ASAP. I will immediately start an investigation at my local post shop. I will need your full cooperation to identify where your parcel is.

MY SHIPPING EXPERIENCE:

The following countries have taken more than 10 to 30 days for parcels to arrive:

-Germany

-Russia

-Peru

-France

But please still send me a message if your parcel hasn’t arrived within 20 days so our post shop can start an investigation.

 

 

~ Refund/Return Policy ~

 

We allow refunds/returns only in the following circumstances:

  • Quality is poor. Poor quality is defined as an obvious imperfection that is immediately noticeable on receipt. As with all handmade items some slight imperfections, such as minor crooked stitches, are to be expected. Please refer to “Our Items” Policies, Terms & Conditions for more information.

  • The item doesn’t match the item’s description.

  • The item doesn’t match the photos of the item.

 

We don’t allow refunds or returns in the following circumstances:

  • You have decided you don’t want the item anymore.

  • You are dissatisfied because you failed to read the item’s description and failed to read our policies, terms and conditions.

  • If you have altered or damaged the item in anyway.

To start processing a refund

  1. We need detailed and high quality images of your complaint.

  2. The Item should be returned within 40 days of purchase.

  3. The Item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with a tracking number. We can’t issue refunds for items that we don’t receive.

  4. Once the item is in our possession, we will process the refund back into your account.
